3:30 PM - Pool closes and setup begins (Pool area is closed to everyone except volunteers involved in meet setup at this time)

4:30 PM - Pool gates open for swim team families

4:45 PM - Swimmers report

5:00-5:20 PM - HHT Warmups

5:15 PM - Volunteers report

5:30 PM - Timer and Strokes and Turns Meetings

6:00 PM - Meet starts

**In the event of inclement weather, please do not leave the clubhouse area until you have received official word from the head coach or a board member that the meet has been canceled/postponed.
